Terms and Conditions For Partner

1. General Provision

It’s intended for a fair smooth process in further carrying out work between Lodosha (Party A) and Partner (Party B) and shall be agreed upon by both parties.

2. Partnership working Procedure

- Party “B” shall post jobs orders on our system and rest up all the job requirements/ job description. - The duration of job order form Party “B” must be more than 2 weeks before the deadline. - Party “A” will start the working process to find candidates after receiving and accepting the job order from Party “B” with an immediate notice. - All candidates from Party ‘A’ must appear on interview date after confirmation from ‘Party A’. And they will be able to simply introduce themselves in basic Japanese communication language. - Party “A” will add candidates who meet all job requirements and job description to the Party “B” account in Lodosha.jp immediately when candidates agree to interview or 4 days before the due date and then will inform Party “B” accordingly. In this case, Party “A” is entitled to add the candidates to other partners' accounts in Lodosha.jp as well, if they are interested in more than one job. - Party “B” shall contact candidates the next day after we inform or the days 3 before the deadline. In this case, to avoid some technical error with the system and any contacting problem that may have when Party “B” contacts candidates shall inform Party “A” immediately or 1 day before the due date. Party “A” will help to facilitate and try to find other candidates to substitute, if possible. - In case, Party “B” cancels candidates or candidates fail the interview, Party “B” shall give proper feedback on the system. - Party “B” shall not charge any fee from Party “A”’s candidates before pass the interview.

3. Candidates Privacy

- Party “B” can view all candidates information and other related documents on Party “A” system only. - Party “B” shall not keep all additional information (ID card, passport, Birth certificate) and other related documents ( JFT certificate, Specified skill certificate,etc…) of all candidates from Party “A”. - All information and other related documents of candidates on Party “A” system are under the intellectual property of Party “A” based on Law on Copyrights and Related Rights in Cambodia. Party “B” shall not be stored or shared to other Parties or public in any form.

4. Professional Fee

4.1. Professional fee for Trainee - Party “B” shall pay commission 10% of its service charge to Party “A” when candidates are formally selected and after Party “B” receives the 1st payment from candidates. This condition is not applied to the partners that have entered into the MoU with Party “A” prior to the date of this terms and conditions come into force. - Party “B” shall pay commission 1% of its service charge to Party “A” when candidates meet all job requirements and job description but the candidates will not be selected by Party “B” to join the interview. - Party “B” shall not hold responsibility to pay commission to Party “A” when candidates from Party “A” are not qualified with all job requirements and when candidates cancel or couldn’t be reached via phone call or other means. - Party “B” shall not hold responsible for paying the commission fee to Party “A” in the event that Party “B” may reschedule the interview date with written notice or responsible ground. Thereafter, Party “A” and Party “B” shall re-discuss the preparation of candidates for attending in rescheduled interview date. 4.2. Professional fee for Specified Skill worker - Party “B” shall pay commission 15% of its service charge to Party “A” when candidates are formally selected and after Party “B” receives the 1st payment from candidates. This condition is not applied to the partners that have entered into the MoU with Party “A” prior to the date of this terms and conditions come into force. - Party “B” shall pay commission 2% of its service charge to Party “A” when candidates meet all job requirements and job description but the candidates will not be selected by Party “B” to join interview. - Party “B” is not responsible to pay commission to Party “A” when candidates from Party “A” are not qualified with all job requirements and when candidates cancel or couldn’t be reached via phone call or other means. - Party “B” shall not hold responsible for paying the commission fee to Party “A” in the event that Party “B” may reschedule the interview date with written notice or responsible ground prior to the determined interview date only. Thereafter, Party “A” and Party “B” shall re-discuss the preparation of candidates for attending in rescheduled interview date.

5. Additional remarks

- In case candidates from Party “A” who agreed to attend the interview with Party “B” fail to appear in the interview on the agreed date, Party “A” shall pay the compensation of 10 US dollars to Party “B”. - In case Party “B” rescheduled the interview with written notice or responsible ground; however, candidates from Party “A” decide not to attend the rescheduled interview date, Party “A” shall not hold responsible in paying the compensation of 10 US dollars to Party “B”. - Party “A” is obliged to refer the candidates who fulfill all requirements to attend the interview with Party “B” only. Besides, Party “A” shall not hold responsibility for any matter that may arise after candidates signed the agreement with Party “B”.

Term of use

Party “A” reserved all rights to change the Term and Conditions at any times with prior notice.
